  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born on April 30 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott) is an American artist, rapper, songwriter, and record producer. His stage name is a combination of the name of a favourite uncle and the name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) This is his first major label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a contract to publish with Kanye's GOOD Music. In April 2013 the singer-songwriter signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. The singer also signed a recording deal with Epic and T.I. Scott's first full length project, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape) self-released in 2013. The project was followed by the release of a second mixtape called Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It featured the hit track "Antidote". The second album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first album to top the charts on the Billboard 200. Scott released his second album in conjunction with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was his third studio album Astroworld. He also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debut on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. His track, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to release three singles at the top spot in less than one year in 2020.
